Oh no! Did the trip get bumpy? No worries, here is how you can get this reported.
1. Photos!
Before an agent can assist you, we will need to obtain CLEAR photos of the damaged products AND the packaging (box) it came in so we can properly assess the defect.
2. Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of the delivery date of your product.
When contacting support please ensure you have the following information present:
- Name
- Shipping Address
- Order #
- Photos of damage AND packaging (box)
Once we received all the information needed we will work on getting a fresh product sent to you (if available).
